At Kemimoto, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fashion and gear purchases. If you are not completely happy, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original state.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
