DESCRIPTION

5-Layer Materials

This CVT drive belt is upgraded to a 5-layer: nylon tooth surface on both the inner and outer sides, double-layer thick chloroprene rubber, and aramid yarn. It resists wear and tear to withstand the rigors of off-road driving.

Strong Heat Dissipation

170℃ high-temperature CVT belts help prevent belt failure and prolong the life of the UTV, which means less downtime and maintenance and more time on the trail.

45,000N Stretch Resistance

With a tension capacity of 45,000n, the Uforce 1000 belt is less likely to break or stretch and provides stable variable speed.

Precise Tooth Surface

The drive belt has a tooth surface made of dipped nylon elastic cloth, which ensures that force is evenly distributed minimizes speed loss, and extends the life of the drive belt.
